Job Description

Title:                                         Key Account Manager

Reports to:                                Regional Sales Manager (England & Wales)

Geographical Area:                    South England

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop the existing client base

  • Find and develop new client relationships

  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed development strategy

  • Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable and sustainable business relationships

  • Attend meetings as required to perform duties and aid business development

  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods

Skills Required

  • Sales and account management

  • Track record of winning new business

  • Negotiation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Client- and team-focussed

Key Account Manager – East of Scotland (surrounding areas)

We are recruiting for a Key Account Manager to work within our sales team. The KAM will be responsible for the account management of a client list within the East of Scotland and to identify and develop new opportunities in the region. Objectives and targets will be set to allow you to grow your client base and role within the company.

Key Objectives

  • Maintain existing account base, offering ongoing recommendations to maximise client retention.

  • Develop existing accounts via additional supply categories -Identify and convert new business opportunities.

  • Implementation of new accounts and supply categories.

  • Support Full Range Regional Sales Manager in ad hoc requests and projects

Key Responsibilities

Job Description

Title: Customer Support Manager

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager, South

Geographical Area: Home based

 

Key Objectives

  • To provide a vital support link/liaison between the customer, sales teams and Directors

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Customer Loyalty

  • Customer Retention

  • Lead generation – outbound calls

  • To arrange meetings for the sales team

Key Responsibilities

  • To establish and maintain a regular call cycle with all Full Range customers

  • Issue resolution – to respond to and follow up customer’s issues in a timely fashion by either assisting directly or routing issues and feedback accordingly.

  • To provide excellent customer service, in a timely manner, through regular contact, via phone and email

  • Provide effective and comprehensive communication to the sales team

  • To liaise with suppliers and customers on a day to day basis, problem solving & requesting data that is needed to complete daily tasks.

  • Ensure the CRM system is kept updated.

  • Manage and communicate on a weekly basis the location caterer schedules.

  • Qualify potential new leads, introduce The Full Range and secure initial meetings for the sales team.

  • Provide clear communication regarding pricing and product information to the sales team where required.

  • Provide bespoke internal Sales Management reporting upon request.

Role details

  • Maternity cover – 1 year (starting around April/May)

  • Salary: from £26,000 per annum • Fixed‑term maternity cover (12 months) / pro‑rated for the duration of the maternity‑cover contract only if the role is part‑time or shorter than a year
