Keeping track of prices can be a full time job in itself for an executive chef. Having The Full Range negotiating on my behalf means that I can concentrate on the more creative aspects of my job such as menu planning and staff development.

Although I have been working with The Full Range for the past few years, a closer professional relationship with my account manager this year has enabled me to take even more advantage of what The Full Range can offer.

As we have no contract with The Full Range, they have a duty to continually work hard to get me the best deal with my suppliers as well paying me regular visits and always being on the end of the phone if I need anything.
