Hitting a Hole-in-One at the Scottish Open

The Renaissance Club in East Lothian was the stage for the 37th annual Scottish Open which took place in July. The event saw first-time winner, Bernd Weisberger, win a twilight playoff against Benjamin Hebert to clinch the coveted trophy.


Working with Head Chef, Enrico Gusella, The Full Range were responsible for the organisation of key suppliers to deliver the highest quality produce on time and at the best rates. This allowed Enrico and his culinary team to focus on providing a range of amazing food for those who attended the Renaissance Club for a memorable weekend of golf.
